Use Of Facility
Address: 249 Wood Street, Hopkinton MA 01748 (Wood Street is RT 135)
Availability: The facility will be unlocked and available from the time on your agreement.
Set Up: You will need to allow time to set up as your needs require. When finished please place everything back as you found it. If needed cleanup supplies are found in the kitchen.
Sound and other equipment: You must have made arrangements for these before you come.
Kitchen: You may use the refrigerator, stove and sink as needed. Please insure the refrigerator door closes and the stove is off when you are done with them.
Grill: The grill is on the deck side of the church. Instructions to light it are on the right side of the grille.
Kayaks and Canoe: If you select to use these, at your own risk, we will have them out along with a variety of life jackets. There are carts available to rolls them to the lake, about a 5 minute walk. From the church main doors on RT 135 (Wood Street) turn right go one house, take a right. The lake is at the end of that road. Or you may drive them up to the boat ramp. From the church main doors on RT 135 (Wood Street) turn left go up about 1 minute and take a left into the boat ramp area (clearly marked). You may park there while using them.
Fishing: There are seven fishing rods and some tackle available in the game and conference room. If over 15 you will need a fishing licenses, which you can get on line at Mass Wildllife web site for a fee. (click for link) You will need to bring some bait.
