The Sanctuary at Woodville offers a quaint setting for day retreats, conferences and quiet days. The facility is located about 35 minutes from both Boston and Worcester in a country setting without a long journey. A/C for the summer and a handicap ramp and two restrooms are available in the facility. Pictures of the various rooms and exterior can be seen below. Lake Whitehall is a mere 5 minute walk from The Sanctuary. There are 6-7 miles of hiking trails around the lake and The Sanctuary provides kayaks, canoes and fishing gear are available. The Oasis offers a flexible set up and seats over 70. Ideal for conferences and leaders' meetings. Full sound system , organ, piano and keyboard are available as well as a LCD TV and drop down screen. Sound can be directed throughout the building. Wireless mic available.
The Lobby offers a comfortable seating area including a love seat and two wing back chairs, a water fountain, coffee, tea, bottled water and an HDTV.
The sacred artwork found hanging on the walls of the lobby are for enjoyment and contemplation.
The Mauve Snuggery is a cozy room complete with a love seat, wing-back chairs, an upholstered rocker. A desk is available for journaling or other creative activities.
The Coral Snuggery is available with sitting for 4 and toys for children. Sound from the sanctaury is available in the room and can be turned on or off.
Conference/office room that will seat 4 to 5 is available for small groups.
Fellowship hall seats up to 30 with round and rectular tables available. Coffee station and bottled cooled waters are available.
The Kitchen offers two refrigerators, an ice maker, full oven, over the range microwave, full cooking supplies. Forty place settings of china is available for a more formal dinner.
Game/breakout room seats 10 for discussions and includes ping pong, air hockey and an HDTV along with games.
Patio offers a pleasant outdoor sitting area for meetings and relaxation.
Parking lot will hold 18 to 20 cars, with ample additional parking across the street.
