SOULSAFE BASICS + Trauma setting: A ZOOM WORKSHOP
SoulSafe Basics + COVID-19 is an online workshop led by SoulSafe Founder and Executive Director Natalie Larson that teaches the effects of extreme stress on a person’s mind, body and soul and provides tools that build resilience for both victim and helper.
Training for Churches & Ministries: A crisis can happen in your congregation or community at any time to anymore. People in your congregation may be experiencing trauma from the COVID-19 pandemic. Church congregations may want to help but might not know how. SoulSafe Basics + COVID-19 can help train members of your church to understand how to respond and pray for others in trauma.
This training is for everyone. Learn language, prayer and stress reducing techniques that will be encouraging and helpful to a victim. Learn the danger of secondary stress and common signs and symptoms to watch for after listening and interceding for another. Participants are given a biblical foundation for responding to trauma.

WHEN: Saturday, April 17th, 2021 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET (workshop starts promptly at 9 a.m.).
COST: $55 per person (includes all training materials).
WHERE: This training will be held remotely and is being hosted by the Sanctuary at Woodville, a Christian spiritual formation & retreat center in Hopkinton, MA. Details will be emailed upon completion of registration.

Natalie Larson is the founder and Executive Director of Soulsafe, Inc. Natalie has a BS in Human Services and worked with chronically mentally ill adults at Center for Life Management in Derry, NH for several years; trained in Peer to Peer Debriefing and Critical Incident Stress Management, certified Stress Management Coach, trained Spiritual Director and helped pastor at Vineyard Church in Derry, NH for 12 years.
